To access the full range of okplay services, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. okplay shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the okplay platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, okplay reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your account will be attributed to you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify okplay support immediately. okplay shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
okplay is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
okplay accepts deposits via a range of Philippine payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online banking. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your account in real time. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one (1) banking day to be reflected in your account balance.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. okplay does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification and compliance with applicable wagering requirements on any bonus funds. Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts. In certain circumstances, including but not limited to large withdrawal amounts or additional security checks, processing may take up to three (3) banking days.
Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. okplay reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
All transactions on the okplay platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a payment is received in a different currency, it will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Any applicable conversion fees are the responsibility of the Player.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the okplay platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:
Any unauthorized use of okplay intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offense under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okplay and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
okplay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for breach, okplay reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Where termination is not due to your breach, any verified real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your account at any time by contacting okplay customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or outstanding obligations.
okplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, okplay will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the okplay platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent okplay from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
